The City of Webster seeks a collaborative, results-driven, and experienced municipal government leader to serve as its Assistant City Manager. The selected individual must be passionate about public service, enthusiastic about being a part of our growing, dynamic community, and dedicated to helping the City achieve its vision. The ideal candidate will unite the organization by fostering teamwork, a shared sense of purpose and inspiring others by example.
The Assistant City Manager will report directly to the City Manager and will be a key member of the City’s leadership team. The primary goal of the ACM will be to provide support to the City Manager and all City Departments, ensure the effectiveness of all City programs and services, identify best practices in other municipalities, and enhance the delivery of City services.
