Water/Wastewater Operator

The City of Webster’s Public Works Department is accepting applications for the position of Water/Wastewater Operator.  This position ensures the efficient operation of the City's water supply and wastewater system.  This is accomplished by monitoring the Water Plants and Wastewater Treatment Plants and distribution system.  Other duties may include operating and maintaining the Wastewater Treatment Plant and collection system, maintenance of Water Plant and water distribution  systems, inspecting new construction and interfacing  with other City employees and citizens.  This position does not provide direction to other employees.
